Payer Day – Information for Payers

We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Payer Day on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Casa Mia at the Hawthorne in Berlin, CT.

As a participant you will receive:

A six-foot table. Attendees will be given time in the morning to visit each table. Please have your table display set up prior to 8:00 AM.
A 10 minute (max) speaking opportunity. If you wish to provide a PPT presentation, please limit to 6 slides and send to info@cmgma.org no later than Friday, March 7. If you would prefer not to present, indicate that in the registration form below. At the end of all the presentations, we will have a moderated Q&A session to conclude the day.
Complimentary breakfast up to two participants.

Please complete the form below indicating the names of the representatives that will be attending. Additional representatives can attend for a $40 per person registration fee.

Although not mandatory, raffle gifts have been extremely popular and much appreciated by the attendees!
